Shipping & Returns Policy
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Orders received after 10 a.m. PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.
- All orders over $99 (excluding tax) qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping.
Orders Shipped To Canada
Please allow for 7-14 business days of total processing/delivery time.
All Canadian orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties, and customs. When you place an order with Applied Lacquer Industries Inc., you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are charged to your order at checkout.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship or get process from our warehouse on the following holidays
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
International Order Disclaimer
Any shipping fee collected by Aprés Nail DOES NOT include any customs/duty tax incurred by incoming postal country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.
- We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order and sometimes longer if items are out of stock or back ordered. Next day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day select will be processed in 1-2 business day. We cannot be held liable for USPS and UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS1.800.ASK.USPS FREE) or UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS1-800-PICK-UPS FREE).
We will not refund shipping charges if UPS or UPS fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or USPS (Call 1 (800) 275-8777) in order to investigate this issue. We will not be responsible for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a RMA request if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Received damaged items
- Manufacture defects
- Missing items from your order
RMA request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a RMA request from Contact Us widget on the website within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
When submitting the RMA request for a return/exchange request using Contact Us widget on the right side, please indicate your order number, email, and full name and choose the best options from the drop down menu for your concern.
Shipping fee is ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Applied Lacquer Industries Inc/Aprés Nail.
