FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

DOMESTIC

What is your processing time?

We work hard to process all orders in 1-3 days. If certain items are out of stock or waiting to be restocked this process can be delayed. Orders are shipped M-F every week with the exception of U.S. Federal holidays.

 

Where is my order?

Every order processed includes a tracking number for your convenience. Each order is delivered by one of two carriers. We determine the carrier that will deliver your order the most efficiently. Depending on the carrier used most packages arrive between 1 and 6 days. Please review the order receipt to track your package every step of the journey.

 

Standard shipping time:

USPS First Class Mail - domestic package under 1lb (1-3 business days for delivery + order processing time)

UPS Ground - domestic package over 1lb (3-5 business days for delivery + order processing time)

 

Express shipping time:

UPS 3-Day (3 business days for delivery + order processing time)

2nd Day Air (2 business days for delivery + order processing time)

Next-Day Air (1 business days for delivery + order processing time)

 

 

Do you offer “Free Shipping”?

 YES! All orders that exceed $99 before taxes are delivered free through UPS Ground Shipping.

 

Do you ship to PO/APO Boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot deliver to PO/APO boxes.

 

I live in Southern California how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Cheers to you for living so close to Aprés’ home base. We ship all orders from the City of Industry CA which means most orders will arrive in one business day once processed. In the event that you absolutely cannot wait, you may select ‘Next Day Air’. 

There is a smaller shipping program offered through USPS that handles orders that are less than 13oz. This program also qualifies the customer with a lower shipping rate.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Don’t worry if you live outside the United States, Aprés can your gifts to Canada, locations in Latin America, Europe, as well as the Middle East and Asia.

 

What is the International transit shipping time?

For International orders, Aprés will use UPS Economy or UPS World Wide Saver depending on the destination.

 

UPS Economy delivers in 7-14 days. Extra fees and duties may incur.

UPS Worldwide Saver delivers in approximately 3 days depending on destination. Enjoy not paying for extra fees or duties, we’ll take care of those.

 

 

 

Does International shipping fees include customs fees or duties?

YES, unless the order is delivered through UPS Mail Innovation. The estimated tax and fees will be paid at the time of delivery.

 When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 10 a.m. PST are typically processed that day and ship within 1-2 days after.

 

Lost or damaged products

Items in my order arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If you have received a broken or damaged product feel free to call us to describe your claim. We may be able to replace the item.

Missing Items

 

I received my order but some items are missing?

 OH NO! Keep all receipts of the purchase and we should be able to correct this shipping error. Aprés works diligently to provide the best service and care. Together we can fix the problem quickly.

Why can’t I return my purchase? 

For the benefit of your health and safety Aprés does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have received an order you are dissatisfied with please consult our customer service team.

If your order is damaged, or defective you may fill out an RMA form. The form is located in the ‘contact us’ tab on the right of your screen.

 

I think my product is defective, what can I do?

 

If you suspect an item you purchased is defective, please submit an RMA form found in the ‘contact us’ tab on the right of your screen.

 

You must submit a form within the 7-day period in which the order was received. Please provide specific information and photographs along with the packing slip.

Aprés Rewards Program

 

What is the Aprés Rewards Program?

 The rewards program is a new account feature that allows you to earn free products!

Earn points simply by creating an account on the Aprés website. Just by creating an account you earn 50 points toward rewards like our Top Gel Coat and other merchandise. Stay connected as the program grows. The rewards program is FREE!

 

How do I redeem my points?

Your points accrue as you purchase items and interact with Aprés. Once you have enough points to redeem an item, simply add to cart and choose to apply points towards your item.

 

 

 

Aprés Professional Account

 

How can I create a Pro account?

 The professional accounts are reserved for students studying cosmetology and licensed cosmetologists which also includes salon/spa owners. Once you submit your application the credentials are verified by our team and you lock in special pricing and exclusive deals.

 

What is included in the Pro account?

The pro account offers professional perks and exclusive online promotions. As long as your account is active you get these perks. The account is FREE! 

Our Pro Account members can earn up to 10% in Rewards Credit. Rewards points can now be redeemed for Apres E-Gift Cards and can be used towards a new purchase.

 

250 Points = $10 E-Gift Card

500 Points = $25 E-Gift Card

1,000 Points = $100 E-Gift Card

 

I applied for a pro account when will I be contacted? 

Once you apply for a professional account we will review your credentials and contact you with your results within one week. If you do not receive a message from our team please feel free to contact us to resolve the issue.

How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password is an easy-fix. Simply click “forgot my password” and enter the email address connected to your account. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password from that secure email.
