Sweepstakes Period

1. The Aprés Nail Valentine's Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 10AM PST January 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 29, 2025 (“Submission Period”).

Eligibility

2. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Aprés Nail and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase necessary.

How to Enter

3. The first 100 customers to purchase the Aprés Nail Valentine's Day Bundle starting January 15, 2025, will receive a Sweepstakes entry postcard in their shipment.

4. To enter, participants must:

Post a video of themselves featuring the Sweepstakes postcard to Instagram.
Tag @ApresNailOfficial and include the required hashtag #ApresValentine.

5. All video submissions must be posted on or before 11:59 PM PST on January 29, 2025 to qualify. Any submissions received after this time will not be eligible for the drawing.

Winner Selection

6. Once all eligible videos have been received, Aprés Nail will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) winner.

7. The winner will be randomly selected. Odds of winning depends on number of entrants. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by February 5, 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Details

8. The winner will receive:

A one-night stay at a 4-star hotel in or near their city (subject to availability and within a budget of $500 per night).
A dinner reservation for two at a local restaurant, not exceeding $250 in value.

9. Best efforts will be made to secure accommodations and dining options in or near the winner's city. However, Aprés Nail cannot guarantee the proximity of the hotel to the winner's location.

10. The prize must be redeemed by June 30, 2025, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

General Conditions

11. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to:

Grant Aprés Nail permission to share their submitted video content on Aprés Nail's social media and promotional platforms.
Comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

12. Aprés Nail reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or submits content that is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the brand's values.

13. Aprés Nail is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete submissions, or lost or delayed entries.

Limitations of Liabiility

14. By entering, participants release Aprés Nail from any and all liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.

15. Aprés Nail reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Release and Conditions of Participation

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: a to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final in all respects; b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, agencies,agents and representatives and the officers, directors, and employees of each from any and all claims, charges,injuries, liability, losses and/or damages of any kind caused by, resulting from or arising out of theirparticipation in the sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of a prize; and c) to the use of your name, photographs, likeness and/or identity for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Rules

All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor, its subsidiaries affiliates, agents, representatives and the directors, officers and employees of each are not responsible and shall be not liable for: a) any late, lost, misdirected, destroyed, incomplete entries, or improperly or ambiguou entered participant identifying information; b) any human or other error; or c) any condition caused by events beyond control of Sponsor which may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right, its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: found tampering with the entry process, including with limitation the submission of multiple sweepstakes entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should any cause beyond Sponsor's control disrupt, corrupt and compromise the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
