Create a tiny universe, full of sparkly stars and luminous color swirls, that fits in your hand. Or on your hand, in this case. 

DIRECTIONS

*thumb, index, middle and pink fingers

Step 1

Apply a layer of 345 NEVER GO FULL TROPIC. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 2

Apply a layer CE20 THE WORLD and use the magnetic wand to gather the magnetic particles towards the center. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 3

Using 344 BIRNAM WOOD, draw a crescent shape on the middle finger,then use the magnetic wand to move the magnetic particles. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 4

Draw stars on the middle and index fingers using Artiste Gel Metallic Gold. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 5

Add dots with P01 CELESTIAL. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 6

Apply a layer of Top Gelcoat. Cure for 30 seconds.

Step 1

Apply a layer of 344 BIRNAM WOOD. cur for 30 seconds. 

Step 2

Apply a layer of CE11 HIGH PRIESTESS and use the magnetic wand to gather the magnetic particles to the center of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 3

Apply a layer of Top Gelcoat. Cure for 30 seconds. 

Step 4

Create thin, wavy 3D lines with Extend Gel Non-Wipe. Cure for 60 seconds.

Step 3

Draw a thin line at the tip using Artiste Gel Metallic Gold. Cure for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Apply a layer of Top Gelcoat. Cure for 30 seconds.
