<strong>Step 4:</strong> Lay down one or two coats of 708 First Touch as a base layer. Cure between each coat.</li>

<strong>Step 5 (optional):</strong> Apply an iridescent chrome powder.</li>
  <li>
<strong>Step 6:</strong> Apply a Top Gelcoat and fully cure for 60 seconds.</li>

<strong>Step 7:</strong> Using 271 Tutu Together or any preferred shade, draw as many or as few abstract lines on your nail as you'd like. Before curing, sprinkle some clear acrylic powder on top for a "sweater" effect. Fully cure for 60 seconds.</li>

<strong>Step 8:</strong> Dust off any extra loose acrylic powder to reveal your final look. Apply Cuticle Serum as needed.</li>
