Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations and work to meet production goals through effective partnership with Operations management to develop and implement methods and processes that optimize the flow and use of material, equipment, and human resources.
• Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports, with the outcome of a highly impactful team. Encourage a cultural philosophy of carrying out individual responsibility within a teamwork environment.
• Establish and direct the achievement of financial, customer service, and compliance (Safety, Quality, Environmental) performance goals, including annual operations budget and planning for capital funds necessary to support current and future business needs
• Achieve inventory targets for finished goods and materials while maintaining cost controls.
• Ensure all operations within Business Unit are conducted in a safe manner and in full compliance with all safety and environmental regulations to achieve the best Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance in the industry.
• Plan warehouse flow, troubleshoot issues identified, and monitor deployment orders and schedules.
• Direct and remove obstacles that create delays in deployment.
• Plan operations, establishing priorities and sequences for material movement products while establishing direction and strategies for product flow throughout the warehouse area, with an eye on end-to-end impact.
• Promote an environment of employee engagement in the workplace.
• Communicate and drive organizational objectives, setting change management approach for key programs.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and professional judgment.
• Exhibit flexibility and occasionally work outside normal work hours based on demand / business needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of business experience working in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Warehousing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or in a functional Leadership position.
• Experience with high volume finished goods movement, shifting and packing.
• High School Diploma
