Position: Education Coordinator
Reports to: R&D Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
The Education Coordinator reports into the R&D Social Media Specialist to support all
education needs including but not limited to content creation, product testing/feedback, and
demo days. The ideal candidate is a licensed nail technician ready to transition from salon life to
content creation and field work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist our R&D social media specialist to create TikTok, IG reels and photos by creating
• the concept and execute through shoot and minor editing
• Assist the marketing team and education team with photoshoots and video shoots
• Test nail product samples and provide feedback from a nail tech’s perspective
• Lead demo days at nail supply stores to show product usage and benefits
• Attend tradeshows to demo and excite attendees of new product launches

Qualifications
Education/Training:

• Licensed nail technician or cosmetologist
• Minimum 2-3 years of in salon experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of office experience

Related Experience/Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong passion for social media (IG, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) and nail trends
• Familiar with Aprés Gel-x products, application and removal
• Ability to travel locally for teaching/demo events
• Strong public speak skills
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Proficiency required in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, Slack,

Asana, Monday, Google Drive, Calendar, and Mail is a plus
