We work hard to process all orders in 1-3
days. If certain items are out of stock or waiting to be restocked this process
can be delayed. Orders are shipped M-F every week with the exception of U.S.
Federal holidays.
Every order processed includes a tracking number for your convenience. Each order is delivered by one of two carriers. We determine the carrier that will deliver your order the most efficiently. Depending on the carrier used most packages arrive between 1 and 6 days. Please review the order receipt to track your package every step of the journey.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Orders received after 10 a.m. PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the following business day. All shipping comes with tracking number.
Standard shipping time:
USPS First Class Mail - domestic package under 1lb (1-3 business days for delivery + order processing time)
UPS Ground - domestic package over 1lb (3-5 business days for delivery + order processing time)
Express shipping time:
UPS 3-Day (3 business days for delivery + order processing time)
2nd Day Air (2 business days for delivery + order processing time)
Next Day Air (1 business days for delivery + order processing time)
Cheers to you for living so close to Aprés’ home base. We ship all orders from the City of Industry, CA which means most orders will arrive in one business day once processed. In the event that you absolutely cannot wait, you may select ‘Next Day Air’.
There is a smaller shipping program offered through USPS that handles orders that are less than 13oz. This program also qualifies the customer with a lower shipping rate.

For the benefit of your health and safety Aprés does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have received an order you are dissatisfied with please consult our customer service team.
If your order is damaged, or defective you may fill out an RMA form. The form is located in the ‘contact us’ tab on the right of your screen.
If you suspect an item you purchased is defective, please submit an RMA form found in the ‘contact us’ tab on the right of your screen.
You must submit a form within the 7-day period in which the order was received. Please provide specific information and photographs along with the packing slip.

The professional accounts are reserved for students studying cosmetology and licensed cosmetologists which also includes salon/spa owners. Once you submit your application the credentials are verified by our team and you lock in special pricing and exclusive deals.
The pro account offers professional pricing and exclusive online promotions. As long as your account is active you get to rake in the savings. The account is FREE!
